To prepare for your doctor visits, you should do the following prior to your appointments:
  • Write down any questions and/or concerns you may have for your doctor.
  • Write out a list of all of your current medications including over the counter and vitamin supplements.
  • If you are diabetic, take your daily log which is a record of your meter readings.
  • If you have Hypertension, make sure you take your daily log which is a record of your blood pressure readings.
